<aside> 💡 The goal of this is to have a monthly recall campaign that is done by an assistant for a different condition or treatment each month.

Here is how it is done:

  1. Determine the condition and associated ICD-10 code or DME Code.
  2. Run a report at the beginning of the month for the last 3 years.
  3. See if these have an appointment soon or had one in the last year.
  4. Put on a spreadsheet for tracking with name and telephone.
  5. Call those who didn’t make an appointment to make one and see how they are doing if they need help.
  6. Mark what was the response? Made an appointment, left message 1, left message 2, left message 3. When calling back only do it 3 times then mark as unresponsive.

Not everyone needs an appointment but you can see if they are doing okay if they need anything call back for an appointment.
